John W. got "Chase", how about you? OK, so you can find other sequential units on the internet. Sure, their websites might be better looking than mine and probably haven't crashed it on accident like I did... SO BE IT. Web pages aren't my hobby but electronics is and this is what I have to offer you! This is the three patterns you get. ![]()
OK if your eyes have a hard time with the above pictures I have some "WMV" files you can down load.
NOTE: If the brakes are applied the brake lights will perform the selected pattern and then all lights will stay on. When brake peddle is released the lights will complete the selected pattern until all are off.Cobra Mustang owners PLEASE READ: This kit does not work on the 1999 to 2002 Cobras with the euro style amber (yellow) turn signals. It will work on the 2003 and 2004 Cobras because they have the same taillights and wiring harness as the Mustang.You have two kits to chose from: One with a modified flasher or one without.

NOTE: The kit without the flasher you must have basic electronic skills and a soldering iron to modify your factory flasher. If you are not sure what I'm talking about then I recommend ordering the kit with the modified flasher. Now you know what it does and what the kit looks like, now this is how you select the different patterns on the Sequential / Chase unit.Below is a close-up picture showing the "Calibrate button" and the "Jumper" that is used to control the unit. The Red button is used to calibrate the Sequential / Chase unit to your flashers flasher rate. No potentiometers to adjust here! | The best thing is if you buy a later, you can transfer the kit. Just download the 2005 install instructions for free and install the kit. NOTE: you will have route the power wire to a different location, will not have to reuse the electronic flasher on the 2005 Mustang. |

All wires have different colors. This makes it easier to follow directions. The different modes of operations are selectable via jumper (shorting bar). If you modify your flasher on your own to flash at a different flash rate (up to 4sec.), all you have to do is recalibrate. Push the calibrate button then let the left side and then right side turn signal cycle three times and it is calibrated. Simple and fast.
NOTE: If you chose the kit without the Electronic Flasher you will need to modify your flasher (must solder two connections) with included part. It's not that hard, please look at instructions .
